1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to access to business accounts offered via the Zento platform (Zento.app), Zento is a trade name of EPMAP Ltd, and the software and applications used for the service are provided by Zento A/S

This includes webpage, signup process, web platform and related applications

By using our services, you accept these Terms in full.

Zento A/S provides a software platform and customer support enabling customers to apply for and manage a business account issued by EPMAP Ltd. Creating a user profile on Zento.app does not guarantee approval for a business account. All applicants must successfully complete EPMAP Ltd.'s approval and compliance procedures.

2. Products, Subscriptions and Prices

Zento offers subscription-based access to its platform under the following service tiers:

  • FREE – Basic features and support
  • FLEX – Extended features and additional support
  • PRO – Full feature access, priority support and customised solutions

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Zento operates different subscription plans and pricing structures depending on the customer’s country of registration.  Country-specific pricing, upgrade fees and conditions for changing plans are available on the relevant pricing page for the applicable country.

3. Eligibility for Business Account with EPMAP Ltd

Companies registered in the EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland may apply.

Approval is subject to EPMAP Ltd.'s internal compliance, AML and risk assessment procedures.

The following business categories may be restricted or declined, including but not limited to:

  • Financial services
  • Gambling and betting
  • Adult content
  • Affiliate marketing and MLM
  • Associations, charities, political or non-profit organisations
  • Crowdfunding and crowdlending
  • Drugs, pharmaceuticals, pseudo-medicine
  • Precious metals, stones, art, antiques
  • Political or religious organisations
  • Weapons, knives, hunting/fishing equipment, collectible arms

EPMAP Ltd retains sole discretion over account approval or rejection.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Signup Fee

For certain subscription plans, Zento charges a signup fee that also include the first months of service, this is invoiced by Zento A/S and may include VAT, depending on the country of registration.

Payment of the signup fee constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Zento A/S.

If the business account application with EPMAP Ltd is rejected, the signup fee is refundable upon submission of the designated refund form provided by Zento A/S.Except in case of rejection by EPMAP Ltd, signup fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Subscription Payments

Once approved by EPMAP Ltd, subscription fees are automatically deducted from the customer’s business account.

  • The first monthly fee is collected 30 days after activation.
  • Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available.
  • If payment cannot be collected, clients will be advised and after 7days the subscription will be changed to a Free plan.
  • Unpaid fees do not accumulate, but reactivation of a paid subscription/plan require a prepayment for the next 30 days service and/or an upgrade price.
  • Changing plans will take effect at the time of changing plans and any eventual remaining paid subscriptions is lost.

5. Subscription Terms, changes to subscription-plans

5.1 General

Zento subscriptions are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis with no minimum binding period.

Cancellation by the customer takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

5.2 Change of plan from Free to Flex or Pro and from Flex to Pro

Customers may change the plan:

  • From FREE to FLEX
  • From FREE to PRO
  • From FLEX to PRO

Change may be requested at any time and is a subject to the applicable fee as listed on the pricing page for the customer’s country.

When changing the plan:

  • The billing date resets to the date of change.
  • The plan change fee includes the first month of the new subscription tier.
  • Any remaining time under the previous subscription tier is forfeited and non-refundable.

5.3 Change of plan from Pro to Flex or Free and from Flex to Free

Customers may change:

  • From PRO to FLEX
  • From PRO to FREE
  • From FLEX to FREE

Such changes are free of charge.

When clients change the plan:

  • The existing billing date remains unchanged.
  • The change to the plan takes effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on system configuration.
  • No partial refunds are granted for unused subscription periods.

5.4 Failed Payments and Automatic change of subscription plan

If a premium subscription (FLEX or PRO) expires and payment cannot be collected:

  • A 7-day pending payment period applies.
  • During this period, the customer may settle the outstanding amount.

If payment is not received within 7 days, the plan will automatically be changed to FREE.

5.5 Change of plan during Pending Payment Period

If the subscription has expired but the account has not yet been automatically changed (within the 7-day pending payment period):

Change of plan from PRO to FLEX

  • The pending PRO payment will be cancelled.
  • A new payment request for FLEX will be created.
  • The original 7-day countdown does not reset.
  • Any remaining days from the original pending period continue to apply.
  • If unpaid within the remaining period, the account will be changed to FREE.

Change of plan from PRO or FLEX to FREE

  • Any pending premium-tier payment is cancelled.
  • The account transitions to FREE.

6. Tariff Plan Changes (Administrative Conditions)

Customers may request tariff plan changes subject to applicable fees.

  • Changes take effect from the next billing period unless otherwise specified.
  • Plan-change fees must be paid before processing.
  • Zento operates with a 5-business-day technical grace period for applying new fee structures after payment registration.
  • Customers are responsible for timely and correct payment of all fees.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must keep Zento A/S and EPMAP Ltd informed of accurate and updated company information.

Changes to company name, address, ownership structure, or registration details must be reported.

Changes have no administrative cost.

Failure to notify changes may result in suspension.

During suspension, subscription fees remain payable.

If customers fail to respond to compliance inquiries, Zento A/S and/or EPMAP Ltd. may suspend or terminate the account.

Customers must notify Zento in case of bankruptcy, liquidation, or company closure via email to info@zento.app

8. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered digitally through the Zento platform.

Customers will be notified of material changes via email or website announcement.

9. Termination

Customers may cancel at any time.

Termination takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

Zento A/S and EPMAP Ltd. may terminate with 60 days’ notice effective at the end of a billing period.

Immediate termination may occur without notice in case of AML violations, regulatory breaches, fraud suspicion, or risk-related concerns.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened. A new application is required.

10. Limitation of Liability

EPMAP Ltd. holds and safeguards customer funds in accordance with applicable laws.

Neither Zento A/S nor EPMAP Ltd. is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Zento total liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the customer within the previous 12 months and does not include fees paid for the service of accounts provided by EPMAP Ltd.

11. Changes to Terms

Zento reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Updated Terms will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For services provided by Zento A/S: Danish law and Danish courts.

For account and card services provided by EPMAP Ltd.: Cyprus law and Cyprus courts.

13. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the customer and Zento is treated as confidential and will only be shared where necessary to deliver services or where required by law.

14. Data Protection

Zento processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
