The subscription is pay-as-you-go with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect from the next billing period.

Clients are provided with a multi-currency account, including a DKK account.
Sending payments is done via local Danish payment rails.
To receive funds, payments must be sent via IBAN in any of the 32 supported currencies.
Zento is working to deliver local Danish accounts with registration number, nemkonto compatible, later this year (2026).
For EUR accounts, there is one IBAN for the multi-currency account and a separate IBAN for SEPA. This allows clients to receive funds on two different IBANs, depending on the sender’s bank.
When you activate a GBP account, you get both a UK Faster Payments account (with a sort code and account number) and a multi-currency account. This lets you send and receive payments in GBP as well as other supported currencies.

No, EPMAP Limited and the account solutions they offer are exclusively digital.
Under agreements such as an EMI an electronic money institution may also perform money remittances, payment transactions, provide cash deposit and withdrawal services, perform direct debit or credit transfers, etc. EPMAP Limited chose not to accept cash nor it has infrastructure for it .
Relating to withdrawal from payment cards, there are options for withdrawing cash from cards in ATMs, but depositing cash is not possible.
All EMIs must keep client funds separate under strict European regulations, ensuring protection even during financial difficulties. National regulators oversee compliance, and funds are held securely with financial institutions.

No, MobilePay is not supported. We are working to make this feature available later this year (2026).

Yes, you have the option to make transfers in a wide range of currencies, including EURO, USD, GBP, and many other common currencies. We offer favorable currency exchange rates with a very low fee, which can be an advantageous solution, especially when making payments in GBP or EURO that can be sent via the SEPA network for quick and cost-effective transactions.
For international SWIFT payments in currencies such as USD, special rates apply, though we still maintain the low exchange fee of 0.75% to 2.75% based on what subscription type is selected, regardless of the currency you choose. This provides you with the flexibility to conduct transactions in various currencies while keeping your costs low.
Sending DKK: Yes, we use the new common system (TIPS) for Danish kroner.
When you send a DKK transfer: If the recipient's bank also uses TIPS, the payment will usually be sent immediately (immediately). If the recipient's bank does not yet use TIPS, the payment will be sent as a regular bank transfer (not immediately).
Instant transfers via faster SWIFT are possible, but local instant transfers via TIPS and Straks are not supported.
All clients have one unique IBAN available in 32 supported currencies. Each currency is separated but shares the same IBAN. For EUR, a second IBAN is provided for SEPA transfers.
For Danish account holders, the Zento platform has a one-click payment solution for SKAT and VAT, which can be found under the payment menu.
Customers are informed of tax payments via email, e-Boks or when they log in to SKAT.dk and check their “tax account” balance. Simply log in to the Zento platform, go to Payments, use the one-click tax payment function, enter the amount, and confirm with 2FA.
Payments are usually registered on SKAT.dk within 24 hours.

Clients must contact info@zento.app to inform us of any changes to the company structure so we can update user profiles correctly. Failure to inform us of changes may result in a temporary suspension of the account while information is updated.
Changes that must be reported include:
- Company business activity code (NACE)
- Company name
- Ownership
- Address
- Contact information

Payments selected as Priority will be sent via SWIFT. Payments selected as Regular will be sent via local rails or SEPA.
For payments to Greenland, payments to and from accounts will be sent via SWIFT as Greenland is not part of the EU and SEPA, despite them using DKK as a currency.

Online applications are normally approved within 1 business day from the time correct documentation is provided and an online IDV check is performed by the CEO and UBO.

- Weapons / military-grade security
- Multi-level marketing
- Pawnbrokers [MCC: 5933 - Pawn Shops]
- Political organizations [MCC: 8651 - Organizations, Political]
- Precious metals and stones, including diamond traders [MCC: 5094 - Precious Stones and Metals, Watches and Jewelry]
- Unauthorized re-sale of luxury goods - including watch traders
- Adult entertainment
- Drug paraphernalia
- CBD and related products
- Carbon credits, including carbon credits traders
- Cryptoassets
- Gambling [MCC: 7995 - Betting (including Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off - track Betting and Wagers)]
- Ponzi / pyramid schemes
- Firms involved in the servicing of illegal goods/services including but not limited to: counterfeit goods/trademark infringement, human trafficking, child labor, prostitution.
- Mining and extractionScrap metal traders
- Energy traders
- Speculative trading
For Danish accounts, we are working on a solution for local account numbers and the ability to receive local payments. The estimated launch is Q1 2026.
