Yes, as a business customer, you will receive unique account details that are provided by our partner B4B Payments. This includes a unique Danish IBAN as well as a virtual IBAN in Luxembourg. You will also have access to local Danish registration and account numbers.
It's important to note that all the account numbers and IBANs assigned to you are your own and unique. This means that your IBAN starts with "DKXX," and your registration number is "8900."
Your unique account details ensure that you can manage your financial transactions efficiently and identify your transactions without confusion with other accounts.

Yes, it is possible to link your account to NemKonto. B4B Payments use a system of virtual IBANs which the user then can take and register at NemKonto´s website. If you need assistance with linking your account to NemKonto, please contact our support team. We are ready to assist you and answer any questions you may have regarding this process.

Within the first 12 months there is a binding period and within this 12 months downgrade to ZentoFree is not possible (related to ZentoFlex and ZentoPro)

All accounts at Zento´s platform have a 12-month minimum period for the Business Account service, thereafter you are only bound by a three-month notice period. (giving all clients a total minimum service agreement on 15 months)
All partners have contracts signed by the client using the account and the minimum period and the cancellation terms.

Zento offers a Digital software platform and services/support, but the above partner's are regulated Electronic Money institutions providing financial services.
All software services from Zento have a subscription plan with specific monthly prices.
Prepaid Mastercard cards can be ordered to your B4B Payments account directly in the platform:
For Flex and Pro subscription have no cost involved with ordering the cards to link to your existing account, both the printing and delivery is free.
For the Free subscription virtual card are delivered free, but physical cards cost 199DKK.
Both physical and virtual cards can be linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Due to the confidential nature of financial services, Zento's staff are not authorized to share any sensitive information over the phone. Our staff members do not have access to secure codes, account statements, balances, or any other confidential information.
If you require technical assistance, please submit your inquiries via your registered email with us. Please be aware that Zento can only communicate with the owner or director of the company that holds an account on our financial management platform.
You can contact us at support@zento.app. Our technical department will assist with the following functions upon receipt of mail from a registered email address while ensuring that no confidential information is communicated back via email:

Please note that payment service-related inquiries must be directed to the payment service provider, while all other inquiries related to the use of the Zento management platform should be directed to Zento.
Response times may vary depending on the inquiry and may require additional information and confirmation from the customer and our partners such as B4B Payments and others.
However, we commit to responding or confirming receipt within 24 hours on weekdays and typically within one business day to address simple technical questions.
All our users will receive a local Danish registration number and an account number issued by our partner B4B Payments.
Additionally, our users will also be assigned an IBAN and a SWIFT code, which can be used for payments outside of Denmark.
This provides our users with the capability to conduct both domestic and international transactions with ease and convenience.
In addition to your main account in either currency, you can add an account for a €67 euro one-time activation fee. There are no additional extra monthly fees for extra currency accounts.
Only B4B Payments offered on Zento.app will offer the Danish account option.

Euro (€) accounts are SEPA accounts in Europe, this means that you will have a unique account in € with your IBAN.
Euro (€) accounts will also have unique IBAN/SWIFT for transfers via the Swift networks.
Currency accounts offered on the Zento platform by our partner B4B Payments are DKK, Euro, and Pound.
Extra account creation costs €67 as a one-off fee for extra currency accounts.
Users can connect additional currency accounts from B4B Payments.
Pound (£) accounts are local accounts in the UK, this means that you will have a unique account in £ with your own Sort and account number to be able to make local transfers.
Of course, £ accounts will also have unique IBAN/SWIFT for transfers via both SEPA and Swift networks.

Yes - From April 2024 clients with a B4B Payments account can receive payments from NETS
No, B4B payments and the account solutions they offer are exclusively digital.
Under agreements such as an EMI an electronic money institution may also perform money remittances, payment transactions, provide cash deposit and withdrawal services, perform direct debit or credit transfers, etc. B4B chose not to accept cash nor it has infrastructure for it .
Relating to withdrawal from payment cards, there are options for withdrawing cash from cards in ATMs, but depositing cash is not possible.
Your funds are secure when using Zento´s platform partners, client funds are safeguarded by the payments service providers.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee that Zento platform users will be able to receive funds through MobilePay into their B4B Payments account.
The decision to make a payout to the designated account lies solely with MobilePay.
To ensure a smooth payment process, we advise our users to reach out to MobilePay and confirm that the payment will be directed to a Danish local account with registration number 8900.

Yes, you have the option to make transfers in a wide range of currencies, including EURO, USD, GBP, and many other common currencies. Our partner offers favorable currency exchange rates with a very low fee, which can be an advantageous solution, especially when making payments in GBP or EURO that can be sent via the SEPA network for quick and cost-effective transactions.
For international SWIFT payments in currencies such as USD, special rates apply, though we still maintain the low exchange fee of 0.75% to 2.75% based on what subscription type is selected, regardless of the currency you choose. This provides you with the flexibility to conduct transactions in various currencies while keeping your costs low.
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to make instant transfers. However, all payments made during the bank's operating hours are expected to be processed quickly and delivered within an hour. It should be noted that it can still take up to 24 hours (on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM) for payments to be fully processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Yes, it is entirely possible to apply for multiple accounts for your company.
You can apply for an additional account in existing currency or other currency, simply push the + sign in the platform next to your account and follow the guide.
Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for the additional account to be fully activated and ready for use. We are here to assist you in managing your business needs and appreciate your flexibility regarding account holders.
NB Pro accounts have since 1 October 2024 - 2 accounts included at signup, it´s important to select this at signup, additional accounts on a later time will have a one time fee of 499DKK.
In Denmark, you can pay your VAT and TAX online using a Dankort, or via the FIK system but not all banks or account solutions have this card option.
Of course, you can also make a transfer to SKAT so that you can pay your expenses to the tax account, SKAT has a page here that explains how to pay to the tax account.

Zento A/S does not offer any financial services, accounts, payments or cards.
All payment services are provided by financial partners. In all cases client has a direct contract with the provider of the financial services.
The provider of accounts and financial services is B4B Payments.
The provider of card processing and terminal and other services to take payments from cards are provided by Employ and their financial partners.
All complaints related to financial services must be directed to relevant payment service providers.
Zento can support customers only with complaints related to the digital platform, however, no payment services are offered by Zento and therefore any complaints need to be addressed to the financial partner directly with whom the client has a contractual agreement.
In all cases of a complaint, clients are welcome to contact info@zento.app with questions on how best to complain. If the complaint is regarding the platform and software services provided by Zento A/S the complaint will be handled by Zento A/S, in all other cases Zento will provide the correct way to make the complaint to the financial partners.
All contracts signed by the client will include the needed contact information and a way to contact the financial provider directly in case of a complaint.

Regardless of what changes you make to the company, it is important to ensure that these changes are updated with B4B Payments - to ensure that your account will comply with agreements or rules.
Changes that are not updated may result in suspension or closure of the account.
If you lose your card, log into the Zento platform via the website or app and block it immediately to prevent further use. You can then order a replacement card.
Alternatively, you can report your card as lost or stolen by calling B4B Payments customer service at +44 20 3475 5351. Their lost and stolen card line is available 24/7.
