Yes, as a business customer, you will receive unique account details that are provided by our partner B4B Payments. For each currency account personal and unique account details are provided including IBAN and SWIFT numbers that give the client the option to transfer money using both local transfers and internationally via SWIFT.
It's important to note that all the account numbers and IBANs assigned to you are your own and unique.

For DKK accounts: this includes a unique Danish IBAN (DK) and a local registration and account number details. In addition as a virtual IBAN in Luxembourg.
This means that your IBAN starts with "DKXX," and your registration number is "8900."

For GBP accounts: this includes a unique Great Britain (GB) IBAN and local sort code and account number.

For EUR accounts: a unique Danish (DK) IBAN for making payments over SEPA.

Your unique account details ensure that you can manage your financial transactions efficiently and identify your transactions without confusion with other accounts.

Yes, it is possible to link your Danish account to NemKonto. This is a feature limited to DKK accounts and Danish companies.

B4B Payments use a system of virtual IBANs which the user can then take and register at NemKonto´s website.

All accounts at Zento´s platform have a 12-month minimum period for the business account service. After the minimum period there is a three-month notice period for cancellation.

All clients have a signed agrenement that are digitally signed by the customer upon creation, and both the binding period and termination terms must be observed.

Termination must be made in writing from the email address registered with the company and sent to: info@zento.app

Termination takes effect from the first business day of the following month and last 3 months (provided that the customer is no longer within the agreed binding period).

Zento offers a digital software platform and services/support, but the above partner's are regulated Electronic Money Institutions providing financial services.

All software services from Zento have a subscription plan with specific monthly prices.

Prepaid Mastercard cards can be ordered to your B4B Payments account directly inside the platform:

Under the area CARD there is a “+” sign. Clicking on this starts a guide for your card ordering process. It’s important all users fill out the date of birth and address fields accurately and correctly even for virtual cards.

All Plans have a specific card allowance that is included. Please note that cards outside the allowance in your selected plan have an additional cost.

Both physical and virtual cards can be linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Mastercard cards are available in the currency of the actual currency accounts attached to your account. (NB for English companies DKK currency cards are not allowed).

Due to the confidential nature of financial services, Zento's staff are not authorised to share any sensitive information over the phone. Our staff members do not have access to secure codes, login information or any other confidential information related to the application or further transaction monitoring or ongoing compliance reviews. Only the provider of the account services B4B Payments has access to this information.

Please be aware that Zento can only communicate with the owner or director of the company that holds an account on our financial management platform. Response times may vary depending on the inquiry and may require additional information and confirmation from the customer and our partners such as B4B Payments and others. However, we commit to responding or confirming receipt within 24 hours on weekdays and typically within one business day to address simple technical questions.

For DKK account (Danske Krone) All our users will receive a local Danish registration number and an account number issued by our partner B4B Payments.

Additionally, our users will also be assigned an IBAN and a SWIFT code, which can be used for payments outside of Denmark.

This provides our users with the capability to conduct both domestic and international transactions with ease and convenience.

In addition to your main account in either currency, you can add an additional account for a €67 euro one-time activation fee. There are no additional monthly fees for extra currency accounts. All currency accounts are provided by B4B Payments and clients can transfer and receive money using the Zento platform in both: local Danish DKK to DKK account or SEPA where available or to accounts in other countries and/or currency using SWIFT.

The system provided by B4B Payments will always try to transfer money the best fastest and cheapest way using a range of payment-rails available.

Please note that some payment institutions are offering “Danish accounts”, but do not support the local payment-rails and payments are in fact sent using SWIFT rails incurring further costs to users.

B4B payments is fully integrated to send and receive local payments with other payment institutions or banks in Denmark using the local payment rails.

Euro accounts are available through B4B Payments for all clients.

Euro (€) accounts are SEPA accounts in Europe, this means that you will have a unique account in € with your IBAN. Euro (€) accounts will also have unique IBAN/SWIFT for transfers via the Swift networks.

When sending to another account in Euro (€) please note that SEPA to SEPA is a cheap and fast method to send money in euros, in some cases banks outside the EU will offer accounts in Euro (€) for payments but they are using the SWIFT network for sending and receiving Euro (€).

SEPA payments are normally sent the same day to other SEPA accounts. SWIFT payments in Euro (€) or other currencies will typically take 1-5 days to arrive at the destination account. In addition to your main account in either currency, you can add an account for a €67 euro one-time activation fee. Pound (£) accounts are available through B4B Payments for all clients.

Pound (£) accounts provide both local transfers available in the UK using sort code and account number for local transfer in Pound (£) providing you with a localised account number. You can also receive BACS payments.

In addition a “GB” IBAN/SWIFT is provided for payments in other currencies using the Swift network.

SWIFT payments in Pound (£) to another currency will typical take 1-5 days to arrive at the destination account.

Yes – since April 2024 clients with a B4B Payments account in DKK have been able to receive payments from NETS (NETS is a local Danish payment terminal provider for in-store card payments)

No, B4B payments and the account solutions they offer are exclusively digital.

Under agreements such as an EMI an electronic money institution may also perform money remittances, payment transactions, provide cash deposit and withdrawal services, perform direct debit or credit transfers, etc. B4B chose not to accept cash nor it has infrastructure for it .

Relating to withdrawal from payment cards, there are options for withdrawing cash from cards in ATMs, but depositing cash is not possible.

All EMIs must keep client funds separate under strict European regulations, ensuring protection even during financial difficulties. National regulators oversee compliance, and funds are held securely with financial institutions.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee that Zento platform users will be able to receive funds through MobilePay into their B4B Payments account.

The decision to make a payout to the designated account lies solely with MobilePay.

To ensure a smooth payment process, we advise our users to reach out to MobilePay and confirm that the payment will be directed to a Danish local account with registration number 8900.

Currently, it is unfortunately not possible to use Betalingsservice and FI-cards. However, we are actively working on a solution to enable this integration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we strive to enhance our platform.

Yes, you have the option to make transfers in a wide range of currencies, including EURO, USD, GBP, and many other common currencies. Our partner offers favorable currency exchange rates with a very low fee, which can be an advantageous solution, especially when making payments in GBP or EURO that can be sent via the SEPA network for quick and cost-effective transactions.

For international SWIFT payments in currencies such as USD, special rates apply, though we still maintain the low exchange fee of 0.75% to 2.75% based on what subscription type is selected, regardless of the currency you choose. This provides you with the flexibility to conduct transactions in various currencies while keeping your costs low.

Sending DKK: Yes, we use the new common system (TIPS) for Danish kroner.

When you send a DKK transfer: If the recipient's bank also uses TIPS, the payment will usually be sent immediately (immediately). If the recipient's bank does not yet use TIPS, the payment will be sent as a regular bank transfer (not immediately).

Receiving DKK: Payments sent to your account via the new TIPS system are received immediately.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot receive payments sent via the old "Straks" system (which some banks may still offer). These payments will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Regular DKK transfers (non-TIPS/non-Straks) are typically received and credited within normal processing time (usually within 1 banking day).

Yes, it is entirely possible to apply for multiple accounts for your company.

You can apply for an additional account in an existing currency or other currencies. Simply push the + sign in the platform next to your account and follow the guide.

Please be aware that it may take 3-7 business days for the additional account to be fully activated and ready for use.

Note: Pro subscriptions include two accounts when selected during signup. Be sure to choose this option at the start - adding extra accounts later comes with a one-time fee of €67.

For Danish account holders, the Zento platform has a one-click payment solution for SKAT and VAT, which can be found under the payment menu.

Customers are informed of tax payments via email, e-Boks or when they log in to SKAT.dk and check their “tax account” balance. Simply log in to the Zento platform, go to Payments, use the one-click tax payment function, enter the amount, and confirm with 2FA.

Payments are usually registered on SKAT.dk within 24 hours.

Zento A/S does not offer any financial services, accounts, payments or cards.

All payment services are provided by financial partners. In all cases client has a direct contract with the provider of the financial services.

The provider of accounts and financial services is B4B Payments.

The provider of card processing and terminal and other services to take payments from cards are provided by Employ and their financial partners.

All complaints related to financial services must be directed to relevant payment service providers.

Zento can support customers only with complaints related to the digital platform, however, no payment services are offered by Zento and therefore any complaints need to be addressed to the financial partner directly with whom the client has a contractual agreement.

In all cases of a complaint, clients are welcome to contact info@zento.app with questions on how best to complain. If the complaint is regarding the platform and software services provided by Zento A/S the complaint will be handled by Zento A/S, in all other cases Zento will provide the correct way to make the complaint to the financial partners.

All contracts signed by the client will include the needed contact information and a way to contact the financial provider directly in case of a complaint.

It´s the clients responsibility to always inform Zento and B4B Payments about changes in the company structure, from ownership to address, mail and phone numbers.

Failing to report this to B4B Payments can result in suspension, or even closure of the account unless the company details are correct Changing ownership or company structure is a major legal change to a company and this will require a new application by the new owners. There are no guarantees that the new ownership will be approved by the financial institution providing the account. Changing ownership incurs a cost of 999DKK/€135

Address of the company, owner, contact phone numbers, and mail addresses must always be reported immediately to avoid suspension of the account and associated services.

To report these changes you must inform us by email; info@zento.app and an account manager will contact the director/manager of the company to receive documented proof of these changes and ensure the correct details are updated and delivered to B4B Payments.

Changes must be specified on the company registration document (for Danish companies this is done at virk.dk and for English companies this must be updated at gov.uk).

If you lose your card, log into the Zento platform via the website or app and block it immediately to prevent further use. You can then order a replacement card.

Alternatively, you can report your card as lost or stolen by calling B4B Payments customer service at +44 20 3475 5351. Their lost and stolen card line is available 24/7.

For payments to Greenland, payments to and from accounts at B4B Payments will be sent via SWIFT as Greenland is not part of the EU and SEPA, despite them using DKK as a currency.

An application for a business account with B4B Payments can be started on zento.app, under this process the subscription plan has to be selected.

A range of questions and required documents need to be provided and an online Application and LEQ (legal entity questionnaire) need to be digitally signed with B4B Payments.

After a review period that typically is 2-5 business days, the B4B Payments onboarding team will approve or decline the application. In some cases, additional questions from the Onboarding team may be asked for them to fully understand the business.

It´s the responsibility of B4B Payments onboarding team to fully understand the business and usage of the account provided to the client.

After the business account is approved (or declined) a written confirmation will be sent to the client.

When an application is approved the account setup with account details will normally take 24-72 hours, after which the new client can log into the platform and enjoy the full use of the account.

Ordering of cards or additional currency accounts can be made the moment the account details are created. The client will always be informed about the successful connection of their account details from B4B Payments to the Zento user-platform.

Based on B4B's High Risk Company criteria, applications will not be accepted from the following companies:

  • Adult/adult content: Including dating sites, adult content websites or products and pornography companies.

  • If any payments are to be made to or received from a company providing these services, the following restrictions also apply. Even if these companies: Offer escort services or sell physical sexual services (soliciting/prostitution); This doesn’t make sense

  • Affiliate marketing company: Including network marketing, referral marketing, multi-level marketing.

  • Charities: Social service organizations and other non-profit or political organizations.

  • Crowdfunding: Crowdlending and similar activities companies

  • Drugs and pharmaceuticals: Includes all pharmaceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, substances designed to mimic illegal drugs and any other associated product, service or equipment.

  • Precious metals and stones: Art and antiques, other valuable items or other traders dealing in high value goods.

  • Weapons: i.e. knives and weapon accessories intended for hunting, fishing and recreational activities; antique weapons or collectibles.

  • Financial services companies.

Yes. All clients with a DKK or SEK account will receive a local Danish or Swedish registration number and account number. Additionally, every client will be assigned an IBAN number and a SWIFT code, which can be used for payments outside Denmark. This setup allows both national and international transactions to be carried out with ease and convenience.
