ZentoPro account is governed by a fair usage policy where a maximum of 500 incoming/outgoing payments are allowed. All transactions above this amount will have a fee of £ 0.22 per transaction. For Zento Flex and Zento Pro: there is a minimum binding period from creation of 12 months and thereafter a minimum 3 month termination period (total minimum 15 months). For Zento Free there is no minimum binging period. Transfer of the company to a new owner or changes to the company structure (including name changes or company address changes), incur a cost of £115. Changes to your account type also incur a one-time-fee (see FAQ section for prices). Card fees for Zento prepaid Mastercard cards are charged in euro and converted to pounds.

For ZentoFlex and ZentoPro accounts, there is a binding period within the first 12 months, during which downgrading to ZentoFree is not possible. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
