If KYC fails, we refund your full deposit.

Sole Proprietorship: no fee or capital required.
ApS fee will be refunded to your business account when the requirements are met.
We register your company and obtain a CVR number for you.

If the application is declined, you still get a registered company and can apply at another institution.
You receive access to your business account, IBAN, Danish account, and registration number.
Once your paid Zento subscription fees reach

We refund it to your business account!
You still receive a registered company and CVR with all necessary documentation. You may apply for an account at any financial institution of your choice.

Option 1
If your company and business account are successfully registered, and you've paid the equivalent of the deposit plus incorporation fee through monthly subscription payments, the full amount will be refunded to your business account opened via Zento.
Option 2
If we’re unable to register your company, your deposit will be refunded to the account the funds were paid to us from. The incorporation fee is not charged in this case.
Option 1
We have successfully registered your company and obtained a CVR number, but your business account application was either not completed or was declined.
Option 2
We have successfully registered your company and obtained both a CVR number and a business account, but you did not pay the full amount of monthly subscription fees totaling 2,070 kroner for ApS or 1,000 kroner for Sole Proprietorship.
