How does the card functions work.
With Zento, we are launching a new platform for customers who need to use cards from 16th April.
Some functions are already ready – Functions to move money from your account to your cards and move money from your cards to your account.
This is easy to do in this new card and account platform.
Functions you find on zento.app
1. Ordering a card: Right now you need to order your card here: zento.app/kort
2. Card activation: right now everyone must activate their card on receipt here kort.zento.app
- The above functions are expected to be ready directly in the platform in May 2024
How does my card work:
1. Registration
This is done by going to kort.zento.app and clicking "register" (this information is included in the letter that comes with your card)
2. During registration, you must enter your card number, which you find physically on the card, you must also enter your birthday and create a user where you must write a username and a code (remember these)
3. When you log in for the first time here, this is only your card control module, this will be included in your Zento access by June 1, 2022, so you no longer have to use this for card control.
4. To find your pin code under menu "card" and "show pin number"
5. Once you have found your PIN number, simply log in to your zento account: my.zento.app where you can find your card and transfer money to and from the card.
6. There is a B4B card app that you can use when you need to use your card, you can download this to your phone here:
a. The B4B app for account control uses the login information you have from your registration.
b. The B4B app does not have access to your Zento account and therefore cannot load and unload money, all access to your business account and movement of money between your accounts and cards takes place via your login at my.zento.app
