Terms of the Referral Promotion

These terms apply to the Zento “Invite a Friend” referral promotion and describe the conditions for participation and reward eligibility

1. Promotion period

The campaign is active until 31 December 2025. Zento reserves the right to pause or resume the promotion at any time.

2. Invitation limits

Each user can invite up to 10 friends per 24-hour period.

3. Reward card

Participants who meet the conditions will receive a virtual prepaid Mastercard.

To be eligible, the referred person must complete registration and have their company successfully approved and have an active account issued via B4B Payments.

Details of the reward card:

  1. Value:
    • Denmark — 500 DKK
    • Spain — 75 EUR
  2. Validity: 6 months from the date of issuance
  3. Usage:
  • One-time load only (no top-up or withdrawal)
  • Usable only at POS terminals
  • ATM withdrawals are not supported
  • Card must be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay before use

4. Personal data and consent

By sending an invitation, you confirm that you are sharing the contact details of a person you know and who may be genuinely interested in Zento.

Do not share personal data without the person's awareness.

5. Legal information

Cards are issued by B4B Payments, a trading name of Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref: 930619).
In Europe, cards are issued by UAB B4B Payments Europe, authorised by the Bank of Lithuania (Licence No: 76).

Mastercard is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Cards are issued pursuant to licence by Mastercard International.

6. Security notice

B4B Payments will never request your passwords, card PINs, or one-time passcodes (OTPs). Systems are protected with encryption, firewalls, biometrics, and two-factor authentication.
